Traditional fruit salad mixed with your choice of fruits. Served in a watermelon bowl if watermelon is used. Combined with a light mint simple syrup (optional).
Tostada (corn tortilla shell)

1. Korean style (korean spices) topped with lettuce, yellow cheddar cheese, tomatoes, green scallion, kimchi, and a gochujang sauce.
2. Japanese/Hawaiian style (teriyaki) topped with lettuce, white cheddar cheese, tomatoes, pineapple, white onion and a teriyaki sauce.
3. Traditional style Taco seasoning topped with letttuce, sour cream, yellow cheddar cheese, tomatoes with a homemade salsa.

ENTREE
Japanese pork curry with carrots, onions, and potatoes. Blended with cream to enhance the curry flavor. Served along side sesame seed cabbage ramen salad.
IPA infused beef tacos. Marinated slice beef using a local craft IPA then slowly cooked enhancing the robust IPA flavor. Served on top of corn toritillas with a cilantro/onion mixture.
Slow cooked Corned Beef with carrots and onion. Corned beef slowly cooked in its own juices along with carrots and onions to give it a nice mellow robust flavor. Served with rice and honey mustard on the side.
